I currently have this item #231710352057 up for auction on EBAY:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/231710352057ssPage...984.m1558.l2649

I hope the link works. Try bottom if it doesn't.

Like Harrison's custom blue labelled, "Ding Dong", this record was released in Canada, but has the Jacksonville factory zero stamped in the dead wax.

Does anyone know how many other titles were manufactured this way? Thanks.

I also have the Ringo Starr single "No No Song" that way.

I found a pressing of Dark Horse 45 with the picture sleeve. It is a "faces" label with no ridges on it. No pressing markings either. Is this a Canadian pressing ?

That could be. All copies pressed BY Capitol in the USA have the no-slip ridges. They weren't using those in Canada.
