Rare Mistress? Help Required!; Penny Lane 7"

Hi everyone,
I need some help regarding a record I've just discovered. My dad recently passed away and I've been sorting through his record collection. He had loads of records, was a big collector, with many demo records from the 60s in his collection. I've recently come across a 7" single with no picture sleeve, for Penny Lane. The record is from 1967 and has the Parlophone logo as well as the big 45 rpm on the right hand side. One the reverse of the record is: The Last Thing On My Mind by The Seekers. This record has been stored differently than the rest (extremely well wrapped) which indicates that my dad had deliberately stored it this way. I was planning just to slowly sell his record collection on eBay for my mum as she has no desire to keep the records, but just wanted to ask if this record was a bit different than the rest. I'm sure somebody on here will know!

I can supply photos if anyone wants to see them.

I'm not sure how rare (if at all) this record would be?

Can anyone help?

The cat number is: R5570 for the Beatles side and DB8134 for the seekers side.

If the songs actually are on the disc that way, you very well could have something special. If the record merely has the wrong label on it, that's not as interesting. Records with the wrong label occur rather frequently.

I think it's probably the label to b fair. I've looked up the matrix numbers on the record and they refer to the seekers record.

So it's just a Seekers' record with a stray Beatles label. Yes, those are far more common and not very interesting. Keep looking for something good, though. True oddities do turn up once in a while.

That's the auction.
I'm sure it will sell, but it's not the thousand-pounder that a true mismatch would have been.
