I am not sure there are two covers. The one with the green border looks like it was altered digitally.

Even the second pressing from 1968 (red label) has no border, and it makes no sense that they would remove it. Until I see a legitimately unaltered copy, I will believe that there is only one cover.

That one looks like it is earlier. Notice that the publisher box includes EXPL -- like the first pressings did. In fact, the print looks to be exactly the same as the first issue. That one without 1968 is probably one of the last copies from 1964 -- after they ran out of the older orange label and started using red ones.

Is the (P) on the backdrop? If so, the label backdrops are different but the print is the same.

Either way, the red label with (P) and the red label without (P) probably came out very close to one another in time. The record was not very popular, so without additional evidence I would believe that they are all from 1964 except for the one that states 1968.
