I am awaiting delivery od a 7" Capitol Promo titled, "Beatles Movie Medley/Fab Four On Film, P-B-5100. This 45 was manufactured in 1982.
I've read conflicting reports on the rarity and collectability of this item.
It seems there was a controversy regarding the issuance of the record.
I'd appreciate any color or clarification on this Beatles Promo single.

Just going by what I have found on google, the stock copy is probably rarer than the promo as it was not issued officially, and they do not seem to be ultra rare. A few on popsike and the promo outnumbers the stock.
Stock copies $50 - $60 with ps.
promo $20 - $40 and that is not counting those that have sold for less.
