Yes, some covers had "Bandiera Gialla" (yellow flag) stickers or printed text. Bandiera Gialla was a radio program. The audience's favourite record achieved the status of "Yellow flag record". The following singles have been identified with this:
We can work it out, Michelle, Paperback writer, Yellow submarine, Penny Lane, Ballad of John and Yoko.
