There were two dark green versions, the first without BIEM on the label, the second with BIEM. There was also a black version with BIEM.

As you note, the picture sleeve for this single based on the BFS front cover was the second version printed, although it may be the only version ever actually distributed. The first version is a black & white print from the same photo shoot in Russell Square as the front sleeve of I Favolosi Beatles. The black & white sleeve is quite rare.

All of this information comes from The Italian Sides Of The Beatles, which is an incredible work.

A beautiful copy of this sleeve without the disc sold a few months ago for around $250, which I thought was a reasonable price.

Here's a copy of the first picture sleeve with a BIN of 1000 euros.
