Four By The Beatles Ep East/west Coast Eap 1-2121

My copy has all the signatures of an east coast version label. Left aligned song credits and no word "records" under the large Capitol logo. I believe as an east coast copy the label should be blue while the west coast version is green. However, as you can see from the scan the label is more green than blue and more like the west coast version.

That is a Scranton copy of the EP.

The labels were all green, but Scranton copies have more blue in the label backdrop than LA copies do. The LA labels look more dull and gray.

Frank, was this caused by ink shortages discussed in another thread that resulted in the many colors of "Beatles" on the front of the MTB sleeve?

No. The two printers just used different colors of paper.
