I know this are bootleg singles and they are on coloured vinyls: do you know more?

A guy named Joe Pope (deceased since), of the Strawberry Fields Fan Club in the US got hold of a 1st (?) generation copy of these recordings in the 1970s and issued them on these singles. They were a sensation when they were released (I can still feel the excitement of waiting for delivery of each single from the US which took a long time to get to my country) and at one point there was a Deccagone LP with all 7 single sides plus another track, making 15 tracks in all.
Hearing these for the first time was a rare sensation, just like some of the Unsurpassed Masters discs on the Yellow Dog label.
They were well-made singles, on nice coloured vinyl and with great picture sleeves. Of course, the bootleggers got bootlegged and there were a lot of (inferior) repressings and repackagings, but the original Deccagone singles are surely a milestone in bootlegging.
