I updated my page on Spanish Beatles LP's.
Since Help! has never appeared anywhere in a first stereo pressing, I have removed the "exists?" listing from my list.
Also, there are three pressings on the light blue label, and I now distinguish between the three. I still don't include 1980's issues.

Here is another website on the Spanish discography: http://beatleshelp.net/discspain/discspain-lp.html
It also does not mention a stereo Help from 1965.

Jae, I'm impressed by your Australian discography site.

I have a NZ Help! lp with a blue label, designated PCSM.3071 on the label. I don't see this in the summary page of LP's with rarity guide. Any thoughts?

Also, how do you rate the White/Cream sleeved 10th anniversary double greatest from 1973, with the blue/purple labels(sorry, I'm colour blind!)

Well done. Since you mention the fact that the WA had German covers, you might consider adding that the first pressings Sgt Pepper had UK mono and stereo covers that had a gold Odeon sticker over the Parlophone logo plus a sticker with the Spanish release no. on top. The sticker mentions "Bolsa importada" ! The WA had similar stickers. Later pressings had Spanish covers.

The sleeves have a period in the release number, the labels exist with and without the period.

Unfortunately, the only NZ records on the Australia web site are the contract pressings. The webmaster ( a friend of Jae's) has a note saying that he has no intention of adding regular NZ records.

The one you are describing sounds like a regular original issue NZ stereo Help. It is a nice one to have but not super rare.

Crap. Muddy like the regular orange-labelled GH issues. The only GH issues you should look at are the eighties black-labelled copies with the -2 recuts. These were recut by Allan Parsons and Otto Ruiter respectively.

Sorry Jae, I meant more for rarity value than sound.

Depends on the radio station sticker. While the album was only in print for three months, it sold quite well, so is quite common. The 2KO sticker is the rarest, and usually the hardest one for collectors who are aiming for the "full set". Took me a while to get one.

The album is nice to have, but really only for completists or those interested in unique country releases. The sound is average and the sleeves are usually scuffed, dirty and with ring wear.

That's true about the Spanish Pepper LP.
I have never seen such a nice scan of the gold Parlophone sticker; usually they're all scuffed up. Thanks!

You're right Pinio, there seem to be 2 different mono stickers, although the resolution of the scan istoo poor to read exactly what the sticker says.
