I was thinking, if tax codes ended in 1968 and if I find a Beatles' ep with a tax code like KJT or KTJ, is it a good finding?

Do they worth more than 1st pressings?

yes these are good finds but do not carry a much greater premium than an original pressing imho...

nice to have though, I like them !

Anyone, dependig on the condition....

I know that "Nowhere man" is very rare, even rarer with solid center labels.

early 70's with gramophone co rims have some curiousity value but most want first pressings. rare to see a tax code on an early 70's press so that could incease the value if you did find one but don't ask me to what....

The stock answer is that things are worth what the buyer is prepared to pay.

I never bother with tax codes; they're a bit of an irrelevance in my opinion, being so random as to be useless in determining the age of a disc.

Similarly, though, I don't get excited by stamper codes either (unless a 'JR' crops up - I have a couple of those, one Beach Boys, one Beatles).

I agree with the above sentiment - condition is everything (though I do make exceptions for a rarity - I'm not going to pass over that export copy of Michelle because it is mint MINUS for example )

As for stampers I just look for weird ones, have a Beatles one with GRP, now if I could find a JRGP that would be something, not technically impossible, as I have had JR stampers with other letters, but not Beatles.
