Thats because as far as I am aware all the UK pressings I think are CBS contract pressings, I'm amazed nobody has notice that before. I think all the booklets are indeed US printed And don't forget ALL Things Must Pass usually came in US boxes too, the GB ones tend to come later on. And all the inners on ATMP are made in the USA, I've never seen UK inners |

I believe you're right that they are CBS contracts, they have the same indents as my UK BS&T and Chicago III. Even the matrices/m/s are printed the same way in the vinyl. That would indicate they are pressed in the UK after all. ^_^ As a sidenote(!), we haven't been able to make out which printers made the Beatles For Sale sleeve. Looking at the BS&T sleeve, it's made the same way, except that the flips are on the inside, the reverse says; Printed and made by Ernest J. Day... Patents Pending. I know there are four years between them, but patents often took several years from application date to complete publication...... |

Same story with The Hollies' 1966 release For Certain Because - same construction as BFS, with no indication of a manufacturer (only the statement 'Made and Printed in Great Britain'). I can't believe that E.J.Day would produce sleeves spanning 4 years and fail to credit themselves every time! |

I inclined to agree, but someone made them and failed to put their mark on the sleeves..it could have been EJD! |
