The EMI push-out does exist, but in fairness it is actually less common than the Decca press, for whatever reason i beleive that the vast majority issues of this single where infact pressed by Decca, they rare not that uncommon .
With regard to the the FAME pressings, again i beleive thay are totally unerrated as i think the sound quality is superb and therfore they afford alot more respect than they currently afford.

That is correct I think Reg, Decca's are by far the most common pressing of that rare single, I have a solid EMI copy of it, however although a push out EMI exsists I believe it to be a slightly later pressing from 72 or 73, of course the so-called Capitol label pressing would also be an EMI pressing and most likely with a push out centre from 1975/6

RRS seems to always throw up confusion, all i can say is that i bought my copy on day of release and the sleeve is NOT laminated, it DOES have the braille to the rear and what i consider MOST importantly regarding this issue is that all 1st issues carry the "WINGS" Logo on the labels... to my knowledge any re-issues or later pressings dont have this.
Others may disagree with this and i do welcome comments (after all this whole Beatles "thing" is open tp opinion) but as i say my copy was bought on day of release so i am in no doubt that this is a first pressing.

Once again Reg spot on I think. The " glossy " sleeve mentioned is likely to date from the early 80's when the card changed on all LP's ... I think this sleeve came unlaminated, with the braile and with the Wings logo on the label. Also the vinyl should be pre-oil crisis heavier vinyl. But I think the laminated sleeve is also early and my just have been an temporary abberation.

Thanks Guys, so it seems the definitive Capitol B/S reissues are;

Another Day
Back Seat of my Car
Mary had a Little Lamb
Live and Let Die
Helen Wheels
Jet
Band on the Run
Juniors Farm

Not forgetting the albums McCartney and Ram as reissues,

Unless anyone can add some more.
