100 Pullups(all were free hanging pullups)
100 Squats
100 Situps
100 Pushups

Time was: 16:09

Sally and Brandi also did this with me.

Sally's time was: 10:21

Brandi's time was: 16:39

*Both ladies used the gravitron for their pullups.
I made them set the machine to only shed a
max of 40lbs or less from their body weight in
order to complete their reps.

Biked for 20 minutes today at a fast pace.

I kinda felt I needed a bit more recovery from Saturday's WOD. My chest and back are still sore.

Tomorrow is a new day! :jump rope:

4 Rounds:

27-21-15-9

1. Barbell Thrusters- 95#
2. Pushups

Time was- 11:34

Today was a VERY bad Monday!!!

My shoulders were still partly trashed from Saturday's WOD.

First round(all 27 reps) I used the 95# and then continued
through the first 3 of the second before realizing :help:
that today the earth decided to place a huge gravitational pull directly over
the very spot I was working out. I had to drop the weight
to 75# and then continued with that throughout the remainder
of my workout.

Today I got: :spank: Let me tell you!!!

The good thing is that most of my clients felt the same
huge gravitational pull as I felt. Who knows? Stranger
things have happened. :sillygoose:

This workout was a killer. I loved it!!! I needed another a** kicking this week. This one definitely did that for me.

I'm gonna take tomorrow(Friday) and make it an exclusive HIIT day to let my body prepare for what's coming on Saturday.

Saturday: The Elite Training Team will be performing the Fit Test.
Dave and I will be doing it with a 40# weight vest on. I'M READY FOR WAR!!! :machinegun:

FIT TEST

As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes of the following:

5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

I performed the first full 8 rounds with a 20lb. weight vest on.
I then took it off and proceeded to finish the workout.

Total Rounds Completed: 22 :! :! :!
This was better than the last time I tested myself in this fashion. I got through 21 rounds and some change without ever using the vest. :))

5/1/07 May Day!

10 Rounds of:

1. 45# Dumbell Weighted Pullups- 3
2. Strict Pullups- 5
3. Kipping Pullups- 7

I didn't time myself because I forgot.

I used the DB up through round 6. It was about that time that my arms argued with me about getting the added weight of the dumbell back up. So I dropped it, but just performed 8 strict pullups and the 7 kipping to finish the WOD.

It definitely was tougher than I thought. I didn't really get tired or even very sweaty, but it was the toll on my arms, grip and shoulders that did me in.
