She then showed them the way to the kitchen where everyone would be waiting for them. As soon as she walked in, Ashley would see Lorne, Leo, and Blaze one one side of the room where they gave a smile and wave over to Ashley. And Jen would come by Ashley's side and said, "Nice to see you made it Ashley! Take a look at all the food Leo's made for everyone!" She then pointed towards a good arrangement of food for Ashley to pick from.

She smiled though, and then hugged Jen, then Luna, then she went to the other side of the room and hugged Leo, Blaze.. and lastly Lorne, a slightly tighter hug. "Thank you all... for being my friends.. for helping me." she said with a smile.

Lorne then said, "Yeah... We're glad to help Ashley. We just want the best for you." Blaze then whispered, "When did she get so comfortable with us guys all of a sudden? It's like she's not even a tenth as shy as she was with us now." Leo shrugged back to blaze and said, "I don't know, but it's great on her behalf." He smiled a bit. He then looked to Ashley and said, "Why don't you grab a plate then and take your pick of what you like! maybe try a bit of everything even! I've made enough for everyone and more!" Jen then made her way forwards and said, "Yeah. You get first picks too as the guest of honor!"

"Thank all of you.." she said again, blush covering her face as she grabbed a plate and headed for the food. It all looked delicious, wonderful, but she didn't want to look like a pig.. instead of filing her plate heaping high, she got a few bits of some things and smiled, before finding a place to sit.

Leo then said, "Do try and save yourself a bit of room there Jen! You'll want some space for desert too you know!" Jen grinned back at Leo and said, "I'm not worried about it! I'll be just fine." Leo smirked as the guys started making their way down the line too now. Tessa simply hung around Jen, snacking on a couple things from Jen's plate now and then.

What Leo knows how to cook, he knows how to cook fairly well. I could got back for seconds, or even thirds of this stuff!" She smiled. Lorne found a place to sit on one half of an empty loveseat. He was enjoying the food as much as the others were.

"It is really good!" she said, before eating even more, though her plate was soon cleaned off. Ashley then stood back up and began to get another platefull. Luna would meanwhile hear a certain relative of hers. 'Stop Ashley before she does something stupid! She wants to go sit with Lorne and explain everything to him, tell him everything!' she thought to Luna. If Luna didn't know what Melody was talking about, she would quickly explain it all.

Melody thought, right before Luna would hear an automated-sounding message. 'Remember to tip your friendly get-into-everyone's-business watchdog next time you see her.' Meanwhile, Ashley smiled and slowly sat down next to Lorne. "Hey, why are you sitting all alone?" she asked as she looked over at him, their sides practically pressed together due to the chair.

Lorne looked at Ashley, still a bit surprised at how comfortable she seemed to be getting around him. He then said, "I didn't think it mattered much. Are you doing alright yourself? I'd kinda expected you to sit with someone like Jen, or Tessa. You know, Tessa's real fond of food bribes!" He chuckled.

I'm sure he loves those little guys as if they were his own! I think he's had a thing for Jen once or twice as well! And Lorne's a guy just about any girl would want!" Lorne blushed bright red as he heard this from both of them and said, "Err... Thanks girls. Yeah, I supposed I'd thought about looking for a girlfriend now and then, though I really don't find a lot of time to actually do anything bout it. As for kids, I love them, but I don't think I be ready for my own. Not until I've had a long, solid relationship with a girl. And sure Jen's very nice and all..." Luna then smirked and said, "So you really do think Jen's hot! I bet you two would be great together if ya tried!"
