New here and already ran into a problem....; Can I get an admin to look at this?

Fresh Posts: 4 Group: Accepted Members Member #3,736 Joined: February 14, 2009	According to the rules, I'm suppose to post three times in the Acceptance Zone to see the rest of the board, yet everytime I try to start a topic in the Acceptance Zone It's saying I don't have the permissions to post in it! What the hell is going on?
