EV and EVP; Are they the same?

Hell Jumper Posts: 352 Group: Accepted Members Member #1,913 Joined: August 5, 2008	Are EV and EVP the same thing? If they are different then what does each thing do? (EV is in the digimon sign up sheet and I was given 10 EVP so I'm just wondering if they're the same.)
