How did Alice gain her digimon? What was their first adventure? Sugar cookies? Why do these fearsome digimon follow the command of a young girl? Why do they always lose? Find out the answer to one of those questions or your money back!

The Beginning. Part 1

The story begins when Alice was only 8. Tucked away safely from the world and all it’s dangers, Alice lived fairly peacefully with her family. Her mother was a business woman, who one day needed to travel to Japan. In a nutshell, she decided to take the family too, as his son was studying Japanese, and it would be a nice vacation (in his opinion).

Now, though Alice was sheltered, she’d gained enough interest in various things. One of which was a slowly growing fad in japan called ‘digimon adventure’, show about a bunch of children put into the digital world and given data-based partners to defend them from other digimon. It was an intriguing concept to the small child because, well, Alice, though friendly, had only one or two friends. She wanted friends, but usually came off as odd.

It was on a summer’s day in Osaka, Japan when Alice was left alone in the strange hotel. She and her family had been sharing 4 bedrooms which were decorated nicely, but Alice knew it wasn’t home, and missed it very much. She’d find herself bored often, as her family rarely took her anywhere; after all, she didn’t know Japanese like her brother, wasn’t interested in the culture like her father, or had import places to go like her mother, so she was often sitting alone in her room, playing with her digimon card, messing with her brother’s computer, or watching tv. Anyway, it is during this summer’s day that our story begins

That lonely day in Japan started quietly. When Alice woke up around 9 am, a note was left in her room by her father, telling her he’d be back at 6, and to order room service. Alice sighed and looked around the room. The same computer, designed bad, quiet walls, odd windows and foreign tv all faced her, almost as if staring. She had nowhere to go. No one to talk to. Another day alone.

Now, I’ll taker you away from that slightly somber picture of a bored child. Another area, a long way away, something odd was happening. A string of disappearances had everyone baffled. Yet, it was not humans who were disappearing or being baffled. Creatures then unknown to human minds were losing their friends, family, etc. These victims were digimon. Creatures made of data and the place was the realm’s digital world. The world was being destroyed by a virus let lose. This world, which Alice had frequent and forgotten childhood dreams about, was absorbing data from other digital worlds and deleting it or re-assembling it, slowly, while the human world remained oblivious.

While many digimon were disappearing into and out of digital worlds, some also happened to appear into the human world. Our story focuses on 4 digimon, a Wizarmon, a PicoDevimon, a Vamdemon, and a Piemon who ended up finding interesting ways to reach out and solve this problem. These digimon had been assigned by chance to find a cure for this problem by the realms presiding digi-sovereign, a GuardiAngemon.

Now we return to Alice, mildly lying on the unfamiliar bed, and looking up at the ceiling.

Then, something finally happened. The laptop she had, well, ‘borrowed’ from her Father began beeping. The screen turned pale for a moment, then returned to normal;. By the time Alice had fallen off the bed in alarm then rushed to the computer, the screen had a single pop-up window on it. No longer in her super-hero filled daydreams, Alice decided it wouldn’t hurt to touch the pop up, She sat cross-legged in front of the laptop and moved the pointed to the strange alien lettering that appeared. She clicked what appeared to be an ‘Ok’ button, and the pop-up expanded. There, in front of her, was a throbbing egg of some sort, blue with lighter blue splotches. It was a big egg, and Alice had already decided it was not edible, seeing as how it was data.

Alice now clicked on the egg shell, since it seemed to have effected the previous pop-up ad. Alice gave a small, shrill scream; the egg was beginning to crack where she clicked. Frantic, Alice clicked the cracks, hoping her clicks would somehow heal the new ‘friend’ she had made. However, her fury of clicks didn’t help: the egg broke apart. Before Alice had a chance to cry, she saw a small blob where the egg had been.

The blob was gooey, as most blobs are. It was a dull grey color too. For a moment, those were the only features of the thing. However, two oval and pure blue eyes suddenly appeared from the mess, and looked straight at Alice. The moment the eyes of the creature and Alice connected, the goop burst into flames, causing Alice to yelp in alarm again.

Despite the moment of fear that the ‘borrowed’; laptop would catch on fire or catch a virus, Alice found herself distracted again. Another beeping. This one was more annoying, and grew loud and louder, like and alarm clock. The new beeping completely captured the child’s limited attention span, and soon Alice left the laptop creature to wonder out into the hotel’s hallways, from where the noise seemed to be coming.

But as Alice left the room (with her key card in hand, as her Dad had told her to do),she discovered the beeping came from her brother’s room, the room across from hers. Alice looked around the halls. No one was there. In fact, if anyone was there, there was no noise from them; they hadn’t noticed the beeping. Alice shrugged and then bolted into her brother’s unlocked room.

Inside the room, there was a distinct odor of, well, teenage boyhood. The floor was littered with clothes, and Alice almost swore there was some room service dishes lying on the floor. Despite that, Alice could clearly make out the beeping: onto of a desk which her brother designated as a very disorganized book holder, was a small, square, red object. Her brother’s V-pet. This item Alice always coveted, but was never able to get from her brother’s gigantic (to her) hands. Now, Alice could finally look at the creature, it’d be her meager revenge. Alice swiped the electronic, and hurried back to her room.

When Alice regained her bearings, she noticed that the beeping had ended. Uncurling her clenched fist, Alice got her first look at her brother’s virtual pet. Breathless, Alice’s wide eyes surveyed the creature. Presented purely in pixels was a stout humanoid figure. The creature her brother took such oddly good care of also had a cloak and a large hat curiously like that of a fairy-tale wizard.

Alice put a soft finger to the delicate yellow plastic buttons. The creature made a musical noise that stopped quickly, and began jumping in joy, more or less. Alice blinked, but eventually warmed up and even smiled at the digital man. She pressed another button, which made the creature look sad. Alice blinked again. Her brother wouldn’t be happy about that....

“Hey, kid,” a heavily-accented deep voice called. Alice looked around, expecting a Hotel Clerk. However, no one else was there. “Hello?” Said the voice once more, in a worried tone. The interesting thing about this voice was that it came from the TV. Scratch that. The most interesting thing was it was on English on the TV! It wasn’t even Engrish, so far as Alice heard. Alice turned to the TV, and jumped slightly. It was an episode of Digimon Adventure... one with Vamdemon fighting Were Garurumon. However.. Whenever the dark demonic vampire came on screen, he was speaking to Alice in English, and defiantly off-script.

“One moment, I need to escape from this before I leak into other TVs and basically freak a lot of people out... more than usual.”

Vamdemon chuckled lightly before giving Were Garurumon a sharp kick as the TV screen grew white and began glowing faintly. In fact, the Laptop and V-pet’s screen had also begun to glow. Then they blurred and shifted into various colors. However, despite the spectacular visual display made by the eye-damaging products, the pre-pubescent’s attention was once more stolen, this time by the subtlest and quietest entrance. The new arrival was a coveted trading card that slipped under the hotel’s door. A digimon trading card, by the huge logo on the back. Alice flipped the card over, and was presented by Japanese characters, and another humanoid creature, one clothed in flamboyant colors and adorned with a mask.

The girl didn’t even question the fact the card had somehow slipped under her door. The creature, she noted, instead, was someone she’d seen in her dream not too long ago. Though the ink appeared dry and the card printed correctly, the creature’s mouth noticeably curved into a smile. Alice did not blink, scream, jump, or, in fact, respond in any way this time. Either it was a dream, Alice reasoned, or something non-boring was happening. Either way, it was a way to pass time. Alice nonchalantly placed the Laptop a foot from the TV, then placed the V-pet between the TV and laptop, before putting the finishing touches on her strange-occurrence line, and placed the card half a foot from the TV. The faces and screens stopped their fantastic light show, and began to glow a soft bright light again, the card included. White sparks began to fly upwards from the objects, materializing into shapes slowly.

Yes, yes, the above story will be continued. But until then, if you read this thread at all, I suppose you want to learn about Alice's, Paco's, Kyo's, Venom's, Pied's, and Rose's past, eh? Well, here's a first step into another part of Alice's past!
Introducing: The information about Alice's First team!
Warning: Rife with egotisim, grammar mistakes, amd spelling mistakes.
-

After Alice returned from Japan (Yes, again, part 2 is coming!), she and her friends became the first official digimon team of realm 10. They helped stabilize digimon trying to destory the realm’s new connection with human, as well as humans trying to openly exploit the system. They worked together for 4 years.
There are 9 of them, Alice included. Everyone but Alice has two separate digimon. They all go to the same school. Alice was the leader for a short while. This was her first digimon team. Their hardest opponent was a Seraphimon wanted to enslave humans and sell them to other digital worlds. The Seraphimon used their distrust of Alice (who had spent two year in the digital world) and one another to cause them to break apart. They were convinced Alice was behind the plot, and Alice had to defeat Seraphimon by herself. She was whisked away from the realm by the digi-gods. Meanwhile, Serpahimon’s servant bio-emerged with that data remaining of Seraphimon and became a clone of the original. The other 8 tamers realized their mistake. They worked together and achieved ultimate level to defeat the Seraphimon once and for all. However, Alice disappeared for 5 years. The digimon lost their ability to evolve to ultimate level.

This will be made into a story. Despite it’s very mary-sueish nature.

Male
Alice’s Cousin who was in the same grade as she was in realm 10. They were close as children, when Alice and Harris would explore the woods surrounding Harris’s house together and finding weird eggs. They found out later these were digimon eggs. The two were close until a year before Alice got her digimon. He liked digimon all the way through when he got his own digimon.
He is athletic and is one of the school’s top wrestlers. In fact, he often jumps into fights his digimon have and will attack an opposing tamer or digimon unless it is against the rules. He has strict moral guidelines. He will never hurt someone unless he thinks they’ve hurt another person. He’s held back by these moral guidelines often, see below.
On Alice: He misses their closeness, but doesn’t want to say it. When he and the others were tricked by Seraphimon that Alice was going to destroy the world, he believed Seraphimon. He wanted to keep Alice in the dimension, and try to change her, however, instead of deleting her as Seraphimon suggested. He didn’t stand up to majority vote, and therefore let himself believe Alice needed to be killed. When Alice disappeared, and the tamers realized their mistake, it was he who unlocked the power she left behind to let their digimon evolve to ultimate and defeat Seraphimon.
Within the Team, Harris worked at first as a recruiter, bringing Arianna, Gabrielle, Ben, and Eric into the group. Later, he protected the other tamers when digimon or tamers attacked them directly.
