Posts: 12,325 Group: Retired Staff Member #32 Joined: September 14, 2006	In the bright city on the south side of Riverside,stood a small dojo.In this dojo lived a Salamon and a boy that was at the moment training in the gym."Come on Gem you have to punch harder then that if you want to win the fight tommorow,and not lose again.The Salamon noded as she began to quickly strike at the bag of sand with her little paws,"Im doing the best I can,its just too big..",she said as she continued to paw at the bag and looked at him with a sad expression. The boy looked at her with a glare,"I don't want to hear an excuse,just do it,and don't stop intill you have hit that bag at least an inch away from where it is,if that is even possible..",he said in a annoyed voice towards her.Gem noded as she continued to punch at the bag.The boy then walked towards his bedroom and looked at her,"Im going to bed,to be honest your starting to put me to sleep..",he said as he slamed his door behind her.Gem continued to punch at the bag,"Im going to make him so proud of me..",she said with a smile as she continued to paw at the large bag. It was early the next morning and the boy had gotten up,smiling from his good night of rest.He then walked over to the door and he expected to see the bag moved,what he saw as the bag moved and a very tired Gem breathing heavily.She looked up at him with a slight grin,"Look James,I did it!",she said as she was barely able to stand as she struggled on her feet.The boy noded,"not bad..it could be better though,come on we have a contest to win..",he said as he walked out the door,with a slowly moving Salamon behind him. The battle arena was the largest thing,she had ever seen,but at the moment she did not care.Her body ached from the late night of no rest and just training and she felt as if she was about to drop.James walked over to her and stuck a number on her chest,"Remeber,losing is not an option,wining is everything,got it Gem?"The digimon noded as she looked at the tamer,trying to hide her tried eyes.As she walked into the arena stage,she looked at the digimon she was about to face and smirked when she saw it was a Salamon like she was and see walked over toward her and smiled,"Hi,how are you?",she said with a kind tone.The digimon was about to answer her,when James began to shout at her,"Gem,don't talk to the enemy!",Gem quickly returned to his side and tripped to the ground as she reached him,"S..sorry James..",she said as she struggled to get up,hopeing that James would help her.The boy saw her and ignored her as he listened to the ref,when Gem had just managed to get to her feet,she heard a bell and saw the other digimon charge towards her and attack. Gem was knocked to the ground and layed there stunned,James shouted towards her,"Gem,get back in there and fight!".Gem heard his voice,but she could only get up slowly once again,her energy was completly gone,due to the lack of sleep and she was an open target.The digimon attacked her again and again intill she was bleeding from top to bottom,she layed on the ground in pain as she looked towards her tamer,waiting for him to throw the towel.He did nothing,all he shouted was,"Gem,I order you to fight back and digi-vole!",she looked at him and did as she was told and took on another beating.As she was attacked,she could only think about how much she was failing her tamer,"Im letting him down,I want to fight,but my body won't let me..",she thought as she was smacked to the ground. As she layed there,she spotted a small group of digimon,watching the fight.A Wizardmon looked at her and shook his head as she was hit again and then he and the group walked away.Gem was now barely moving anymore,James continued to shout at her and the digimon continued to attack.Then the Ref stepped in stoping the fight,"This digimon is barely moving,I declare James the loser and Max the winner of this battle.Gem did not even move,she couldn't if she wanted to,all she could do was cry tears of sadness. When she and James returned to the dojo,James looked at her with a glare and kicked her in the face,"you little nothing,you made me lose infront of all my friends..do you know how pathetic that battle was!?"Gem layed on the ground in pain as she felt him pick her up by her left paw and could feel his nails dig into her already wounded paw."I..Im sorry,I did my best!",she pleded to him as she looked at him with a scared expression.James in his anger then threw her into a wall,"your best,thats all you every give,you are just a weakling,nothing more and I will not be seen with a loser,now get out!".She looked at him with a shocked expression,not understanding what he was saying intill she saw him open the door."Wait,I can't go out there alone,Im your partner,Im supposed to be with you..",she said as tears fell from her face as she looked at him. James glared at her as she charged towards her and kicked her in the side,"your not my partner,your just a little freak that can't win a simple battle!",he said as he picked her up by the paw again and threw her out the door.Gem landed on the sidewalk and tried to run back inside,but ran into the door."James,James please Im sorry!!",she shouted as she scracthed against the door intill she felt the pain in her paw and looked at it and saw a x mark on her paw."I'll wait for you James,I know you would'nt do this without a reason..",she said with a smile as she sat by the door in thought on what could be taking him so long to open the door. Then it finally hit her,she had been abandoned,her face was brusied and bleeding,her body in pain,she figured that she would be dead.But in her sadness,she couldn't careless..no one wanted her,she was a loser.She layed there infront of the door,cying her eyes out in her sadness.But in the shadows,a group of eyes stared at her in silence as they began to approach her. Posts: 12,325 Group: Retired Staff Member #32 Joined: September 14, 2006	To be an Outcast:Part 2 Gem was too busying in her tears of pain to notice the strange creatures approaching her,and by the time she had removed her eyes from the ground,it was too late.Infront of her stood a Wizardmon and two Agumons,Gem backed away slowly as they began to surround her.She did not know what to do,all she could do now was...run.Gem quickly set off into the night down the street,being pursued by the digimon,she quickly saw an alleyway and turned into it in hopes of losing the digimon.As she ran she thought of the horrible things that might happen if she did not get away,and those thoughts were the things that kept her going,even with the pain in her body from the earlier abuse from her tamer.She quickly saw another corner in the alley and turned into it,only to find a brick way in front of her."Oh no..",she whispered to herself as she saw this and then turned back as she heard the noises of her chasers coming towards her.Gem quickly began to use her peit punch attack against the wall in hopes of breaking it,but due to the pain in her paw,she could not use her full strength.That was when she heard them,they were now standing behind her,coming closer and closer towards her.She had nowhere to run,this was it..was she really going to die here,alone..without her tamers help.Her eyes began to roll back as she fainted in the alley,unable to stand this much pressure at one moment. It was dark when she finally began to awake,she had figured she was in her egg,waking in data state of mind,but she saw her legs and paws all intact..in fact her wounds and cuts had been banaged.Gem looked around the area where she was and saw that it was in a vacant room,a plate of food had been set out for her,next to her basket that she was laying in.She was worried,she had no clue what they had did to her while she was out,and the food laid before her could be poison for all she knew,but at that moment she did not care if she died,she had no reason to live anymore as she began to eat from the plate slowly.As she did so a voice came from the door on the opposite side of the room,"Its good to see your ok sis".Gem looked up from the plate and saw that the voice came from an Agumon with a bandana on his head,"Um..thanks..",the Salamon replied as she looked at him from the distance between them,caution of his movements.The reptile grinned as he looked at her,"Well when your ready to come down,we're all in the back room on the left of this one..ok?",he did not wait for an answer as he left the room shutting the door behind him. Gem had a blank expression on her face as she looked at the closed door,"What is going on here?",she said to herself as she began to slowly limp towards the door and nudged it open as she exited the room.As she looked down then hall she saw flickering lights from the ceiling,gazing down on her as they blinked rapidly as she walked towards the back room.The digmon did not know what to expect as she headed in this direction,but she figured that she would know soon enough as she opened the door to see the Wizardmon and a large group of digimon sitting among a meeting table.They all looked up at the Salamon as she entered the room,one of them,a Ogremon growled as she entered the room,the others which were basicly rookies and a few Champion level digimon just stared at her as she stood there in the doorway.The Wizardmon looked up at her,showing no sign of facial expression on his face as he stared at her,"I see that you are awake Salamon,that is good,please join us..",he said in a calm tone of voice..signaling her to have a seat on an open mat not to far from his side,but next to the Ogremon.Gem obeyed as she sat there and looked at the large digimon with a nervous grin,which was responsed to by a snarl from the large creature. Gem looked on at these digimon and readyed to hear what they had to say,why had they helped her,what was her reason for being here and where was she?Hopefully she would soon find out.The Wizardmon then stood up and looked at everyone at the table,"My fellow digimon,let our meeting begin..." Posts: 12,325 Group: Retired Staff Member #32 Joined: September 14, 2006	To be an Outcast:Part 3 Gem sat through that entire meeting and could barely believe the things she was hearing from them.The digimon that had supposedly kidnapped her,were actually..good.They were what humans called rebels,or outcasts,they had seen what had happened to her and decided to help her.She did not believe it was all that simple,but Wizardmon said that it was a clear-cut as that.They pretty much helped digimon in need,nursed them back to health and let them go on their way,if they wished.Gem was ready to leave right then,she wanted to go back to her tamer,and beg for his forgiveness,so hopefully he would take her back.But one day her idea of what these digimon were changed when she walking down the halls of the building one day and overheard a secret meeting behind closed doors.The Salamon knew that what she was doing was wrong,but she could not help herself as she listened in on the conversation. "I say we attack the stadium at dawn,its still early in the morning and the humans will not expect it..",said the Ogremon as he looked at Wizardmon with a serious expression.The digimon were planning an assult on the digimon battle stadium in town,one of the main centers of digimon abuse and humiliation.They planed to destory it once and for all.Wizardmon shook his head at this idea,"digimon slaves to the humans work in the field during that time,we would have to attack them to get them out of the way.The rest of the digimon in the room shouted in agreement as they did not want to find their own kind,the Ogremon growled as he looked at them."I know this,but there is no other way,if we do not strike now,we could not get this kind of chance again!"Gem continued to listen to this and her mouth dropped,they were terrorists..She knew that she had better warn the humans quickly,but before she could turn to leave,an Agumon stood behind her with a frown."Well,looks like someone has been ease dropping..",he stated as he looked at her.Before Gem could run,he pushed her through the door and into the room with the meeting of digimon. Wizardmon and the others looked at Gem and frowned at this intrusion.Ogremon growled as he picked Gem up by the neck and began to crush her throat slowly."The last thing we need is a spy!",he said as he continued to squeeze.At that moment a bolt of lighting stuck the ogre,making him drop Gem to the ground.Wizardmon laid his wand on the side of him as he looked at the green digimon."There will be no deleting in this chamber,it is a place of peace,beside,we have not been truly honest to our guest.."Gem coughed as she allowed air into her lungs as she spoke."You..you guys are terrorist,attacking human buildings just to make a un needed point!",she shouted with a frown as she glared at the wizard.The Wizardmon noded as he looked at the Salamon,"This is true,we are..terrorist,but only to humans..we have all seen what humans can do you us digimon,we only plan to stop this process,even you should understand that humans are destructive and abusive beings,look what happened to you..",he said as he pointed towards her bandaged scars on her body.Gem was slient,"he did it,to show me that he cared..he would never hurt me like this otherwise,I deserved it..",she said softly as she looked at the ground.The digimon in the room sighed as they looked at her,"No digimon deserves to be beaten to the brink of death,the human has placed some many lies in your head that you have lost the knowing of what true love is about.."said a Piyomon as she looked at the Salamon.The others noded in agreement."This is for the good of everyone,why should we be slaves to human abuse,why should we be used as tools of enjoyment and fake love,it is time we strike back!",Wizardmon stated as he looked at the digimon in the room and they shouted in agreement.Gem was slient,she had not thought of it in that way,she had been so clouded by her tamers lies thats she had forgotten that she was more then just some tool,she was a living creature.At that moment a fire lite in her eyes,she wanted payback,badly."I want to help!",she shouted as she looked at the digimon in the room.They looked at each other at first and then laughed,"You..you can barely fight,we saw your last battle,besides we're all full on members..",a Gomamon stated as he continued to laugh.Gem frowned at them as they laughed at her,"Then I challenge one of you for your spot,that is..if your not afraid?",she said with a smirk as she looked at them. Wizardmon then stopped the laughter in the room as he looked at her,"Well,young Salamon,it seems you have a deal,Agumon..prepare for battle!" To be continued...

Posts: 12,325 Group: Retired Staff Member #32 Joined: September 14, 2006	To be an Outcast:Part 4 "What was I thinking,am I going crazy,I can't fight anyone!",she thought to herself as she followed the group of rebel digimon into a training field that was in the back of the old warehouse that these digimon called home.She looked around at the outside area and for a moment thought about running for it,but who would she run to?But soon her chance to run disappeared as the Wizardmon had digimon posted around the small grassy field.It was funny to her that these digimon took better care of their training field,then the building they lived in."Ok,let us begining,the rule is as it stands when one challenges for a postion in our ranks,deletion is the only way to victory!",the Wizardmon said with a serious expression.Gem's eyes widened as she heard this,"deletion,but..",she said with a nervous tone about to object,the Wizardmon looked at her with a frown."We can not have weak digimon in our ranks,you wished for this,now..do you change your mind,there is still time to save yourself.."The Salamon looked at her with a frown,"Im not backing down,Im just saying that these terms are wrong..",she said with a serious tone of voice."It is our way,if you survive..you will learn to understand them..",he said as he back away to the side with the other digimon.Gem looked at teh Agumon as he smirked at her as he charged towards her. Gem was surpised by this and was knocked to the ground as he slashed at her in his charge.The Salamon looked up at him as he prepared to attack again as she rolled out of the way in time to avoid it.Gem then quickly got to her feet as she charge at him with sled dash,the Agumon smirked as he side stepped the attack and used a claw attack from behind had slashed her in the back.Gem shouted in pain as she fell to the ground.She frowned in pain as she slowly rose back to her feet and glared at digimon as she charged towards him and bite his arm with her teeth,while he was off guard.The Agumon yelled in pain as he lifted up his arm,with Gem still hanging from it.He began to try to shake her off,but the Salamon continued to dig her teeth deeper into his arm."Get off me you pest!",he said with a growl as he lifted up his free arm slashed her on her side.She winched pain as she was flung off his arm and set to the ground. Wizardmon and the others watched this in interest,only the bandana wearing Agumon was worried.He looked up at Wizardmon with a frown,"How can you let her do this to herself..you know that this Agumon will kill her!",he shouted as he looked at him."If she is truly with our cause,she will do something to save herself,its time she learned that the world is tough and to survive in it,you must be as well..",the wizard said in a serious tone towards the digimon as he continued to watch the fight unfold.Ogremon laughed to himself as he watched this,"That girl is dead,theres no way on this planet she'll be able to win against that guy,he trains 24/7 each day,course..I would not have a problem with him though..",he said smirking as he looked at the worried Agumon. Gem felt as if she was falling apart all together,her wounds had been reopened and she was bleeding rapidly from the digimon's sharp claws.She wanted to quit,to let herself be killed right there,the pain was too much for her to bare.She had been rejected,beaten,and now she was about to die.She could hear her tamers laughter,his mocking words rattled in her skull."You weakling..I should of killed you myself,you are nothing without me..did you really think you could go on without me,you will die and it will be because of your lack of strength and brains!",he said to her in her mind as she struggled to remain alive.But instead of these words making her weak,they started a flame in her heart,hatred entered her eyes and heart as she rose to her feet and glared her upcoming death in the face.The Agumon was charging towards her,she was ready to die,if the gods so wished it to be,but as he was closing in,her eyes glared at him."I will die not as a coward,not as a weakling..but as a digimon that is stronger then you could have ever made me James!",she shouted in her mind as she looked at his mind and felt it shatter at her voice as she began to glow.. The light was so bright that her opponet and the others watching the battle had to cover their eyes.Wizardmon used his cape as a viser to see the Salamon change,he smirked as he looked at her."It seems as if someone has realized their strength..",he said as he looked at the Bandana wearing Agumon,who stared at this in awe.As the light faded away,a new digimon was in the field,her eyes were as green as emeralds,fur as white as snow.Her paws were covered with tiger patterned gloves and her tail had a gold ring attached at its end.She slowly opened her eyes as she took a deep breath and sharply turned her gaze at the Agumon,no longer was she the weak Salamon that had lived by a human's side..she was now Gem..the Gatomon,and she was ready to finish this battle."So..whats the matter,cat gotcha tongue..",she said in a sharp tone of voice as she looked at him.The Agumon was slient,he knew that he had just lite a match,but he remained calm and charged towards her.Gem just smirked at him as he charged towards her and then she quickly sent a Cat punch towards him,hitting him in the face.The digimon was sent flying backwards to the ground,moaning in pain as he got up.The digimon watching were left in shock,even the Ogremon was quiet. Gem looked at the digimon as he rose back to his feet,holding his bleeding nose as he glared at her.Gem did not wait to hear his words,she was already headed towards him.She was ready to kill for her revenge and nothing..would get in her way.. Posts: 12,325 Group: Retired Staff Member #32 Joined: September 14, 2006	To be an Outcast:Part 5 The battle had taken a turn in Gem's favor now,she was fast and stronger then the Agumon had expected her to be.They continued to fight each other all over the training field,but the Agumon was the one that was being knocked all over the place.She had messed up his face completly,where as blood was just covering over his long nose,his eyes were black from where she had hit him in the face and he was almost blinded.Gem had barely been touched,and she was still ready for more.Gem then decided that she was done toying with the now tired digimon and with one good punch hit him in the stomach causing him to fall on his knees,Gem then smirked as she stood over him."Game over..",she said as she quickly lifted up her left paw and with one swift movement,stabbed her claws through the Agumon's throat and back out again,the Agumon faded into data quickly.Gem absorbed the digimons data with an evil expression on her face as she enjoyed ever minute of her victory. The rebels were in shock,she had killed the digimon without the slightest bit of mercy,Wizardmon noded and smirked as he walked away from the field back into the warehouse,the rest followed behind him.Ogremon looked at Gem and snorted at her as he went back inside as well.Only two digimon remained out there with Gem,a Piyomon and A the agumon.The Piyomon walked over to her and smiled,"That was amazing,you are a talented fighter Miss Gatomon..",she said with a nervous smile on her face.Gem looked at her with a serious expression as she yawned,"It wasn't that great,and the name is Gem..",she said as she looked at her and then A,who was still in shock."Im Ellen,its nice to meet you Gem,and congrats on your win,we should so go and do something together..",the Piyomon said smiling at her.A looked at the pink bird and frowned,"You guys sound as if a digimon was not just deleted,how can you both be so calm?",A said as he looked at them.Gem looked at the Agumon and shrugged,"Thats life..and besides,thats just the begining..I think Im going to keep climbing the ranks,just to see how far I can go..",she said smiling as she looked at him.Gem had found what she believed she was destined to do,to the strongest digimon alive..and it would start here.Ellen noded as she looked at her new friend,"After that,your going to make Second in command if you keep it up..",she said as she began to head inside.Gem smirked as she followed behind the bird and looked back at A,"You just gonna stand there?",she asked as she looked at him.A sighed as he began to follow after the two and this began Gem's friendship with Ellen and A. Gem was true to her word and she continued to climb the ranks of the rebel group by challenging digimon after digimon.Not only did she prover herself in battle,but also in the plans that Wizardmon constructed.Gem lead many of her fellow digimon into human businesses that seemed to be against digimon and caused them to change that instantly.But the once kind hearted Gem was gone,and replaced with a cold hearted tyrant,she had grown fond of battling and battled anyone that even looked at her funny and deleted them instantly.She was a killer and she knew it,but she didn't care,the more data she had, the stronger she would become.She continued to do this as she continued to climb the ranks intill the day came when she had to face Ogremon for second in command. Gem was walking down the halls of the rebel base and seemed to be ready for another day of beating the crap out of some weak digimon.That was when Ellen came from her room and walked over to her."So,what is the great Gem planning to do today?",she asked with a smirk as she looked at her.Gem grined as she looked at the bird as she and her walked,"You mean before,or after I beat Ogremon and take his spot?",she said laughing at the thought of being Second in Command.At that moment A rushed into the halls and slamed right into Gem,knocking them both onto the ground.Gem growled as she rose to her feet and glared at A,"A,what the heck!?",she stated in a angry tone of voice as she looked at him as if she was about to kill him.A looked at her with a nervous expression,"Oops,sorry Gem,but its an really important matter,Wizardmon wants to see you in his room,now.."Gem looked at him with a blank expression and then at Ellen as she began to walk towards the wizards room.When she arrived she began to wonder why she was called here,not many actually got to meet with Wizardmon outside of the meeting room,so why would he want to speak with her?She then knocked on the door and heard a voice,"Come in..",it stated and Gem followed its instructions as she came inside and shut the door behind her. The room was partly dark,except for one light candle that sat on a desk,then a bright light shun down on her as she saw Wizardmon sitting in a chair."Gem,what Im about to tell you is of the greatest importance so pay attention..",he said with a serious tone in his voice.Gem sighed as she leaned against a wall and listened to the digimon."We have reason to believe that a certain gym is being run by a human of get danger to us and all our kind,we need to have this boy taken out of the picture,then his business will be gone,you understand?"Gem looked at him with a frown,"Yea,you want me to make him think about his action right,got it..is that it?",she said in an annoyed tone of voice."Yes,for now,you will recieve the instructions for this mission after your rank match with Ogremon..you are dismissed..",he said as he turned his back towards her and walked into a deeper area of the room as the bright light faded away. Gem walked out and was faced by Ellen and A,who had been waiting for her."Well,what did he say?",Ellen asked with a blank expression.Gem sighed as she looked at her with a lazy expression,"Nothing really,just that he wants me to take care of this one gym in town,nothing too big..",she said as she began to walk towards the battle room.Ellen and A followed behind her,"see,its getting bigger Gem,now your getting missions from Wizardmon personally,I think something is seriously up..",he said as he walked behind the Gatomon with the pink bird behind him.Ellen looked at A as she rolled her eyes,"really as if we had not figured it out yet,hes doing this because he knows that Gem is so gonna beat Ogremon..",she said as she grinned at him.A sighed,he did not believe it was thats simple.Gem ignored both of them,she was wondering what gym he could have been talking about? But then all those thoughts were gone as she entered the battle field chambers and smirked as all the rebels cheered her name as she entered.Ellen and A sat down over by her side of the field in all the excitement.Gem just smirked as she went to the middle of the field to wait for the green digimon to show up,it was time to rumble..Gato-style... Posts: 12,325 Group: Retired Staff Member #32 Joined: September 14, 2006	To be an Outcast:Part 6 Gem waited for the Ogremon to appear,she wanted to get his rank badly.Not only that,but his data as well.But just as if seemed as if she would be waiting forever a small Koromon came up next to her and handed her a piece of paper."What the heck?",she said as she read the note over and frowned as she looked at Ellen and A."He gave up...hes handing over his second in command rank to me..",she said with a annoyed tone of voice as she tore the note into pieces.Wizardmon walked over to her and smirked,"It seems that you had an easy victory..congrats,now get moving..here is the location of your target,do not fail me..Commander Gem..",he said in a serious tone of voice as he walked out of the room,along with the other digimon that were in the sidelines.Gem looked at the map and sighed as she turned towards her friends."This was a total waste of time,that coward Ogremon..didn't even try to fight..",she said with a frown as she walked out the door and towards the exit.Ellen and A both looked at each other and shrugged as they left as well. It was late at night,Gem was slowly moving on the roof tops towards the location of her mission target.She figured it would be an easy job,all she had to do was scary the human into closing down the dojo and that was it,but she was in for a shock when she arrived at the area instructed to her."It...it can't be..",she whispered to herself as she stared at the dojo of her tamer,James.She did not want to believe that it was the place,but it was,she knew inside her very core that it was.She slowly jumped off the roof and landed on the sidewalk and walked toward the building slowly.She then saw him,he was smiling as he waved good-bye to a small girl and her digimon as they left the place,she hated seeing him smile,she hated him,and she wanted to just leave right then and go on her way,but she remebered her revenge.She then smiled evily as she quickly moved around to the back of the dojo,to give her tamer the surpise of his life. James had just locked the doors of the gym,he sighed as he walked passed the punching bag in the corner of the training area as he moved towards his room.As he did he saw an old picture of a boy and a Snowbotamon,the boy was smiling as he held the digimon in his hands and James frowned as he remeberd what he had done."I was an idioet,how could I have done that to my one true friend,she would of done anything for me,and I..I..I was a jerk,a bully..",he said to himself as he walked into his bedroom and looked out the window.The funny thing was that it was open,and he had not remebered doing such a thing,but he didn't care."After I did that,I looked all over for you,I wanted to say I was sorry,I wanted for you to forgive me..",he said as he glanced over at another picture of him and Gem smiling together."But for a year,I never could find you,maybe you don't want me to find you,you hate me that much huh?",he said with a sad expression as he walked towards his bed.But then from the corner of his eyes he saw two green pupils staring at him angerly. "Hmm..your sorry huh,thats has to be the joke of the century..",said the eyes as they stared at him still.James jumped back as he looked at them and frowned,"Who are,what do you want?",he stated as he stared back at the thing in the darkness of his room."Nothing James,I don't want anything to do with you,you human piece of trash..Im only here to give you a warning,close down your dojo,before things begin to happen to it..unpleasant things..",she said as she walked out of the darkness and showed herself to him.James looked at her and his mouth slowly opened as he stared at her in shock,"Gem..your..ok..",he said as he began to walk towards her as if to hug her.Gem looked at him with a glare and hissed at him,making him stop in his tracks,"don't even come near me..",she said as she looked at him.James slowly closed his eyes as he then reopened them and looked at her."Gem..Im sorry,Im so sorry..what I did..to you,everything I said,I was wrong..after that5 day I searched every where for you..did even notice?"Gem frowned at him,"Yea..right,so you could do what,beat me again!",she shouted as she glared at him."You beat me up and then kick me out,and then the next day you want me back!?",she stated as she glared at him still.James was slient,"Gem..I know what I did was wrong,I've changed really,after you left..I was totally misrable,you were my one true friend and I treated you like dirt..",he said in a sad tone of voice as he looked at her.Gem said nothing,she hated him,hated him totally."Gem..it was a year ago,since then I thought of nothing else but to see you again,and to ask for your to forgive and come back.."Gem looked at him with a frown,"James,you have intill tommorow to close your dojo,or it will be closed for you!",she said as she began to leave intill something grabbed her paw."Gem wait,don't go!",James shouted as he held her paw.At that moment all of Gems rage came out in one quickly movement,she lifted up her left paw and sent her claws directly into James chest,stabing him in the heart.James was left in shock as he fell to the ground,he held his chest and looked at her,"Gem..Im..sorry.."he said slowly as he then closed his eyes,for the last time. Gem looked at him and then at her blood soaked claw as she quickly jumped over his body and out of the window and began to walk in the darkness towards the base.At first she was slient,but then she began to cry all of a sudden,tears streaming down her face.She then began to run,screaming out loud in pain and sadness at the thing she had just done. Posts: 12,325 Group: Retired Staff Member #32 Joined: September 14, 2006	To be an Outcast:Final Part For two weeks Gem locked herself away in her room,she avoided contact from anyone,except from A and Ellen.She cried for herself and then James,she knew that what she had done was against every law there ever was in the world,she had killed her own partner in her anger.Not only that,but she had robbed him as well,as she held his digi-vice in her hands as she sat in her sadness. One day Ellen and A walked inside her room expecting to see her in tears,but instead she was looking out her dusty window."I've..figure out why I was crying for the past 2 weeks..",she said as calmly as possible as she stared at the window."It was because...I was upset that he was sorry for what he did,that he apologized for it,and yet...I still killed him..",she said softly as she looked at the birds as they flew in the sky.Ellen walked over to her and looked at her with a calm expression,"Gem..you were angry,anyone in your postion would have been,if you ask me,he got what he deserved..",she said with a frown as she looked at her.Gem then glanced at the Piyomon and turned towards her,"noone deserves to die,not like that...what I did was wrong,everything..in my anger..I attacked and killed innocent digimon,just for power..to be stronger than what James wanted me to be,but instead..I turned into a monster..a cold hearted digimon,but no more..ith as to end..all of it..",she said as she looked at her and then at the digi-vice in her hands.A looked at her with a blank expression,"What do you mean?"."We have to make sure that no human or digimon ever has to suffer again,it can't just be about us,but everyone..we share this world together with the humans,thats never going to change,but we can change how it is run,but talking to the humans instead of threating them..",she said with a serious tone of voice as she walked passed Ellen and A as she headed towards the door.Ellen looked at her with a confused expression on her face,"Where are you going?".Gem looked at her and smiled gently,"To talk to Wizardmon..",she said as she left a confused looking A and Ellen in her room. Gem walked into the Wizardmon's room and explained her idea to him and waited to see what he would say.At first he was in shock,but then he noded in slience,"I believe you may have just found something that we can use,if we no longer show to be a threat to them,we can have political talks with them,Gem..you have just solved our problem..",he said calmly as he walked over to her and shook her paw."With this idea,we will start a change that will benfit everyone,digimon and humans.."Gem noded in agreement,"Im glad you agree,so..would you annouce to the others this idea to them?",she asked with a calm expression on her face.Wizardmon looked at her and smiled slightly,"Im going to leave that job to you Gem,the digimon of the base hed your every word,you are a leader,a hero to them,they will listen to you completely..",Gem was kinda shocked at this idea,but decided not to argue with the digimon as she noded."Thank you Wizardmon,I won't let you down..",she said as she walked out of the room and into the hall way. After the Gatomon had left,Wizardmon turned towards the figure of Ogremon who was hiding in the darkness and frowned."I want you to delete that cat tonight,no exception,she is starting to become a threat to my plans..",he said as he looked at him with a serious glance.Ogremon noded,"Of course,I have no problems following your instructions,but I don't see how she is a threat..shes just one digimon.."Wizardmon looked at the ogre with a glare as he floated over to him,"you fool,she is more then just one digimon,she is a symbol for the rebels in the base,whatever she says,they will follow her completly,we don't need two leaders in this base,besides,if what she plans to do happens,we will lose our chance to wipe the humans off the face of this planet for good..",he said with a serious tone of voice.The Ogremon then gulped as he noded slowly and began to walk out the opposite door inside of the room,leaving an upset Wizardmon behind him. Gem smiled as she walked down the hall,"I know I can't turn back the clock,but at least I can try and make things up for what I did..even though I still hate you..",she said to herself as she walked towards her room.But as she was about to enter it,Ogremon ran towards her,as if out of breath,"Gem..digimon,being attacked at the park!",he managed to get out as he tried to catch his breath.Gem's eyes widened,"What,then what are we waiting for,lets go!",she shouted as she ran towards the exit of the warehouse,with Ogremon joging slowly behind her. When they reached the park,it was dark outside.Gem scaned the area slowly,"I don't see anyone?",she said as she continued to scan the area.Ogremon held in his laughter as he took out his spiky club,"Oh,their out here somewhere..",he said as he pretended to look around as well.It was then when a light began to glow from underneath Gems feet,she had yet to notice it."Well,then I guess we better keep looking..AH!",she said as she fell into the portal below her and disappeared.Ogremon at that moment turned to strike her down,and he then realized she was gone,"Huh,where'd she go!?",he shouted as he looked around for her. Gem continued to fall through the narrow and brightly lite portal as she traveled down a strange tunnel.She looked around and saw nothing but light and all of a sudden she fell into a deep sleep.While she slept,she did not realize that the portal window had opened up and showed the image of the digital world come into view,there she would see things that she had never realized existed in her life...and it all started....now... -end of flash back-
