Gotta love hovertext. "It's five inches thick AND SO'S THE FILE!" Hahahaha! Incidentally, while I have to say that I LOVE the books, it does bother me that she felt compelled to leave both the ghosts and Speedy out of them. You know the ghosts, at least, are still part of the story, though completely unaddressed, because comments are made about how the technology is impossible. But I really miss Speedy. Given that (aside from some interesting speculation on the forum back in May) Speedy's origins appear to be completely "science-based," there's no reason he can't be part of the books. Are there actually any book readers who HAVEN'T read the comic? Because I can't help but feel that, while excellent in their own right, without the knowledge from the comic, the books would be a little ... bewildering. |

That dick joke was quite excellent and caught me entirely by surprise. Well done. |
