Now Burke has a choice: She can either own up and be fired or insist that something else made her do it and may end up in a rubber room.

I don't even think she will get the chance to own up before she gets the axe, and the nice thing about it, Hope doesn't have to say a word, the witnesses can do it all

Five novels already roughed out, Otter?! Cripes, you keep blowing me away. How freaking prolific are you, anyway!?
If you can't live without me, why aren't you dead yet?

I used to do drugs. I still do, but I used to, too.

If God wants all the credit, he's getting all the blame.

I suspect they're ones she's been working on for a while and is only now figuring out how to publish.

(Wish I could get some of my OOP novels online ... but they have funny fonts. :( )

Maybe, but I'm still working on one novel, and it's been three years of research. The notion that someone can get all the groundwork for a series in the time since this comic begun still boggles my mind.
