R 66; I admit I had to look up this Wilson character the first time I read it...

My word

I love their respective poses, and the way she comes of smarter here and yet we still get exposition.

I love that dejected look in the last panel. A wonderful show.

Me, personally, I would've preferred a few of the techie sex jokes to have remained but that's because I'm a proud geek and a hopeless pervert (just ask anybody who knows me personally for five minutes or more)

I love the back-and-forth in the redone dialogue though. I also believe that moving Owen Wilson joke to here was an excellent decision, it fits perfectly.

Please, please, please, please keep the upcoming hooker knife fight? If you feel it doesn't horribly maul the dramatic pacing of the -jail cell final frame "I can't take you anywhere!"- (Which could be made into a full-page comic with a bunch of macho guys huddling in the corner away from the crazy woman) could we maybe get an action strip with said knife fight and maybe the pimp with the gun afterward? Maybe? *big cute Speedy eyes. Not going to bite off your nose, I swear!* Just a wish from a fan-man.
It takes an average of forty-three muscles to frown, seventeen muscles to smile...

But only three for proper trigger squeeze.

Definitely keeping and developing that particular scene. Speedy makes a bit of an appearance. ;)

I had to look up Owen Wilson too. Having done so, I would like to remark that Hope looks NOTHING LIKE HIM. My grandson looks like him, though. He's two and his parents are indulging themselves by not cutting his hair yet.

Where in the world are you from that you had to look up Owen Wilson? Just curious.

I had to, too. I come from a magical place where celebrities mean nothing, myself. Well, not so much a place as a state of mind.

Speedy making an appearance confuses and scares me, in that order.

But, you're good at this stuff, so I'll withhold judgment...

I had to look him up the first time and I've already forgetten what he looks like.[1] I'm still curious why Hope chose him.

Now if Hope had said George Bush, Obama, David Cameron, Nick Clegg, Gordon Brown or Captain Janeway, I'd know who you were talking about. ;-)

Born and brought up in California, and I pay minimal attention to movie stars.
