Artists, the ones who truly deserve the title, are always in a constant state of flux. The reason most of them are their own worst critic, is that they always want to improve their skills. Most of us who haven't spent years refining a craft can't even relate. The reason I ponder this, is I was cruising the archives and thought.. I like this page.. When are you going to stop re-doing the artwork Otter? Which episode is the cut-off point you are satisfied with? |

Whenever it feels right. Definitely up through the fight scene in Las Vegas, as I think that by the time that comes up in the que in a year or so I'll be able to do it properly. As for liking a specific page, the feedback I've gotten this time around has been mostly positive. Even if someone liked the original, I've heard the revision is a stronger version of what they already enjoyed. As that was my intention, I couldn't be happier. |

Yes. The original artwork was ... "Hey, minimalist artwork. Interesting." But I like the new artwork better. |

I'll say I liked the original artwork too, not as much as the new artwork, but only be a tiny margin. The real benefit to redoing these oldies is the change in dialogue. The latest redone strip made my day, because I vehemently disliked the original dialogue for that strip. Now though
