Good Question. Option 1: Just use the "Daily Strip Discussion" section because there won't be anything else in there for the month. Option 2: I create a "Revised Daily Strip Discussion" section. It could have a mix of daily and general revised discussion content. I don't think we want to many top level categories. Thought? |

Let's go with Option 2. If yfnsa doesn't have the privileges to set this up, I'll hammer on things until other things work tomorrow morning. |

Suits me. When do we start seeing newly revised strips? (Yes, acknowledging that Otter needs a good rest. After that.) |

The new (well, 2 of the new) strips have been posted. Go see the notes on the main page under the big Speedy picture that has "CHECK THE NOTES" above it. This is a link to the first (of this batch) redone strip posted a few days ago. |

All hail Otter, for she is Wise. I agree with her thought. |

"Wise" neglects to cover how Otter somehow manages to set boiling water on fire. Agreeing with her is full of peril at best; scalding flame-water at worst. |

Plus sodium metal or magnesium (if set alight before meeting the water), I should think. |

I envisioned a scenario involving bacon (obviously) and some sort of grease or oil ending up in the water. More science and less SCIENCE! Also, certain sodium heavy (if I recall my college chem class correctly) elements have violent reactions to H20, to the point where instead of actually submerging in water, the element will set fire and bounce on top of the water, aka: violent reaction. Not as fun to do as thermite though. Edited by pilot, Apr 10 2010, 05:25 AM.
