What can I say....

What a day

A great group of trucks, a real tricky set of lanes and a great laugh.

Well we met up at the tamar bridge and set off to the first lane, we picked up Fullmoon and Long Dave at Trerulefoot onwards to the first lane, and what a first lane!! A nice easy climb :P it claimed my door mirror and put a small dent in the rear wing, I then thought as it was getting tighter it would be prudent for Fullmoon to back out. At which point he took out his rear window, mirror and rear light, this kind of set the trend for the day...

Took in a few more challenging lanes on our way to Panters bridge. A quick brews top and away we went, Fullmoon waited at the bottom for some piccys. It was tight, but awesome, thought was going to tip over on more than one occasion. Then Rottie for our pleasure and amusement got stuck going down hill and needed to winch himself down, so a quick climb out of the sun roof and he sorted himself out. That's twice now he's had to use his winch, and both times he's used my truck as an anchor point :) well that was the easy part of the lane sorted, the next section had a good go at my truck, I think the only panel with no damage is the bonnet, also lost my rear light side lenses and the repeater off the wing, Nasty didn't escape this either, loosing a wing mirror and drivers window

After taking the piss a bit we went on towards muchlarnic. A good run own there and had a go at getting up, was a bit wet and slippy so backed out, lost me rear light lense there!!

So a great day and I did promise rough and tough, not got many pictures I'm afraid, so hopefully some of the others got some.

Cheers Gillie for co-driving, thank you for coming out Litchie nice to see you Nasty and MikeO and WooWoo. Long Dave and Fullmoon it was entertaining and Rodg and Rottie, you are the only person I know who needed to winch themselves down hill!!

Great day and see you all soon

Rich :D

I think five years is a doing you work an injustice!!

I think even mike would agree you've got him looking at least early fifties, maybe even late forties.
