Well Charlie wanted a day out in the lanes in her Pajero, as it turned out it was an ice cold start and I was a little late as the poor little vit had frozen locks that I just couldn't open for ages, which ment i had to crawl in though the back to get it started.

eventually i made it to the first meeting place and then we headed off to Yealmpton to pick up with Richy at the rose & crown.

Big Nasty had his own problems and wasn't with us at this point but did catch us up not far from the start.

from the rose and crown we headed to Ascombe hill to start the first of many lanes that would see us winding our way through south Devon upto the edge of Totnes then turning back to take in corkscrew hill and onto to Dartmouth, via as many lanes as we could.

From Dartmouth we headed towards Slapton sands via a few more as the light was failing rapidly we took in a few more lanes and byways around Torcross and pushed on to take in Frogmore to Duncombe cross before heading for the final byway of the day that would see us back into the heart of Kingsbridge.

I hope you all enjoyed the day I did, from my point of veiw at the front for a large group we did well getting in some good lanes and keeping up a nice pace all day

also I have to say Charlie did well in the LWB pajero another Miss Evil or Cat woman in the making i reckon B)

a great day with good people.some top lanes done a few i havnt done in ages.
had a few issues with the vit at the start of the day, cldnt get into it then when i did the gearbox wld not engage any gears.after checking it found it to be full of water wich ha ha had frozen.a quick thaw then drain top up with gear oil she was up n running again and never missed a beat all day....breather had come off ...
soon tracked them down and joined them on lane 3 so not much missed.
thanks to mike for running this ,what turned out to be a very good day

A good day out and always good to meet new faces, I counted 30 something lanes and a few that I hadn't been in before. I took my son Rob with me who was on the computer looking for 4x4's as soon as we got home. If I've converted a boy racer to 4x4 instead of lowered civics then it was a really good day. He did get a bit worried going up rocky climb though :D

I think this one is discocrusher with the Trooper resting against the wall
