First off......I want to say a big thank you to Supersurf and all the gang for a great weekend. It was really nice to meet you all and I had a great time. I'm looking forward to coming on a few more trips with you in the future. :beer:
The ol' Jeep performed well and looks far better now with a few scratches. Sorry about not having the CB ready for the trip. I have ordered a plug now and I'll be 'on the air' for the next one. :rolleyes:
A special thanks to Yogi (or as I believe he is now known "Mr....WHY ME?") for some great entertainment :chicken:
I'll post some pics soon.

ps. Thanks Big Nasty for opening up the forum for me.

yeah he did ok, a few minor mishaps but got threw it all no problems,a quick tug required in one lane and a boshed rear window in another. other thanthat he did great

my first weekend away like to thank everyone especially lee for a great time . loved doing the new lanes . wonderful break without my kids . i towed and i got towed . disappointed with panter bridge with the changes . laugh a minute and a priceless trip . embarrassing moments but at my expense but was well worth it .almost gave mitsu a bad name .hotel was lovely good food and drinks ,good laugh ,good company and glad neil made it . shame there was no ducks (paul).nice to have met new members and got my tent ready for the next trip . ha ha .cant wait for next one .my new partner allison (ali) loved it as it was her first time .better take some dock leaves next time lol.she made it extra worthwhile .like to thank everyone for welcoming her . this is ali i would personally like to thank you all for your hospitality .you all made me feel a part of it .your all agreat bunch of people and i had a great time and enjoyed every bit of it .im gonna buy leather trousers to wear next time though . loved the entertainment yogi put on for me ha ha .thanks to you all very much

those side windows are a pain in the backside if they break ....... thanks to them being bonded in (like the windscreen) and they are nigh-on impossible to find in tact . ...

gaffa tape is your freind for those windows :D
