Lee Billy Bob did really well under his new stewardship and sure looked good in the lanes and water! Why not chop a LWB Pajero next? Rear supension was a bit hard as Matt lost a bit of traction in places where the torsionbar-less Pajero went easily. Told Matt to carry forty litres of diesel in the back in Jerry Cans when offroading LOL . Pajero rad has blown on the top seal between the top hose and filler cap big time - steam cleaned half the engine bay coming back from St Dominick!! Will have to wait a day or two to sort Rad problem until I get some cash next week. |

Jim, had a great time and enjoyed finding the limits of both Billy Bobtail and my passenger! LOL Lee, truck performed really well but must admit need more weight on the rear (to counteract my flab sitting up front) and possibly slightly softer rear springs?? The clearance etc seems fine but just needed a lttle bit more haste to maintain momentum than was totally comfortable. Jason certainly enjoyed himself and even seemed to enjoy being steam cleaned!!!! Hope all else with well with the Paj Jim, cos you should get at least another 15 years out of the old girl! |

Glad you and Ruth enjoyed the day and you also learned a bit about Billybob too. I am sure there will be many more midweek days out in the future! Thanks for all your help, input and company |
