Ok a date has been suggested so here it is! - 31st May

A mornings run probably through Tamar Valley (route could change) for our loved ones. Won't be anyhthing too tight or tricky, just an taster (don't want to make it too enjoyable else they might end up coming with us all the time! )

I'll post more details (time, RV point etc.) as the time gets nearer.

Scotty I am aware that by then you may well be sick of this route so i may choose another one... depending on who else is brave enough to sign up!

Attendees;
1) Ang (Mrs Simon74)
2)
3) Sue (Mrs Frosty)
4) Lofts (Mrs Black/Green Jeep)
5) Val (Mrs Mini1071s)
6) HMS Wife (Mrs Rich)
7) Karma (Trace)
8) Dolly the sheep (Mrs Wilky)

Reserves
1)

Please post your interest below and i'll add you to the list

Cheers
Si

Great idea Si,

Might be a little more tactfull to squeeze in a couple of lanes before we get lagered (or dirty trench water for you) up...

Or shall we just send them out with the maps and see how they get on as we keep our fluid level high?

Fingers crossed for good weather.

Cheers Maf

Ok! thread tidied up as far too much banter, all of which was totally unnecessary! :P ;)

Just got to meet with Wilky and Maf for a beer, which I will be buying, to finalise route and RV point / time....

Maf,

Quick lets get this in the diary before Si has his pockets stitched back up!!!

I have a pretty good idea of how to get around the late tides and get a good route together!!

Just need to work out how much time we have and make the lanes fit the time allocated!!!

Wilky ;)

This is the planning meeting for the trip, Si is already trying to get out of buying Wilky and I a beer... I know what he'll come up with, some out of date Carling and some stale peanuts at his house.... watch the space B)

Well after some fairly lame excuses....

We dragged Si to his local watering hole, where we expected to find happy hour...

However, I would like to say that Si did buy a few full price beers and even some Pork Rinds!!!!

I know it's hard to believe so I thought I'd better to take a pic!!!!

Anyway cheers Si :D :D

Thanks for getting photographic proof Wilky, I'm sure Si can print this and claim food and drink expenses now :P

Route all planned now, plenty of banter, unfortunately the glasses the lady gave us where faulty and we had to keep getting new ones, but they also leaked very quickly...

Thanks for the beers Si, same deal on Friday yeah

Maf,

That was also my understanding!!!

Mind you, we might have to talk amongst ourselves AGAIN while Si goes off to the kitchen to do the dishes in payment for the beers??? :P

That said, the pubs in the village might need tax returns doing instead, as I think that he's usual bargaining chip.... Ha Ha

You're both very funny Ha Ha! Must say though, thanks again to Wilky and Maff for helping on this one, same old faces

Anyway back to business...

Meet at Morrisons carpark in Tavistock 12.00. Anyone who needs fuel can top up. We'll do a lane or two then stop for lunch at a watering hole, hmmm beer... For those of you who prefer packed lunch then feel free (it will be cheeper!). Then on to the main event for the afternoon, aiming to finish around 4.30 - 5 but finishing on time is never a certainty!!

Look forward to seeing you all there!

Requirements, Full tank of fuel, 4x4 and a woman! and no Wilky Dolly doesn't count!
